Meet Nic


Hi, I'm Nic founder of beha yoga.

I'm a Mum to two amazing girls my 'be' and my 'ha', wife to my wonderful husband Paul and coffee addict.

The reason behind the studio was to continue to build our beha community.

We hope we have created a warm, welcoming space where individuals come together to move, breathe, and grow.

I'm a qualified Ashtanga yoga teacher, certified children's and family yoga instructor, and fitness instructor with a passion for supporting wellbeing at every stage of life.

Rooted in the traditional Ashtanga practice, my teaching brings together structure, strength, and mindfulness. I work with students of all levels, offering classes that are both grounding and empowering.

You'll see me teaching a range of classes at the studio. I can't wait to see you on the mat.
